So Tony Khan — the most delusional billionaire since the guy who bought MySpace in 2011 — goes on an interview and says AEW is “catching up to WWE in all the right ways.” And I have to ask: Tony… WHAT ways are those? Because the numbers, the facts, the ratings, the injuries, the quality — NONE of them support what you’re saying. Not even close!

Let’s break down the “right ways” Tony thinks AEW is catching up:

Ratings?
NO WAY. AEW’s numbers aren’t just stuck — they’re FALLING. Dynamite keeps dropping, Collision is invisible, Rampage is a rumor. WWE is pulling massive numbers every week and AEW is struggling to hit a million viewers across all their shows combined. Sad!

Wrestling Quality?
Come on. AEW is a never-ending parade of hardcore garbage, botches, 18-man tags, and storylines that start, stop, restart, die, resurrect, and then vanish again. No structure. No discipline. No payoff. “Elite wrestling”? More like elite confusion.

Safety?
Darby Allin was hospitalized last week in a match Tony approved. Every month another AEW wrestler is concussed, broken, or bleeding like they filmed Saw XII. WWE has tightened safety. AEW is held together with duct tape and Mountain Dew.

Storytelling?
AEW doesn’t finish storylines — they abandon them. They start feuds that disappear. They push people for two weeks and then forget about them. WWE is firing on all cylinders creatively.

So when Tony Khan says AEW is catching up “in all the right ways,” here’s what he means:
