Folks, AEW Dynamite this week was the PERFECT example of why this company is such a roller coaster — and not a good one. Sometimes they do one thing right, and then immediately fall off a cliff. And I’m here, like always, to tell the truth — the REAL truth — the truth the AEW cult hates hearing.

We start with Samoa Joe and Eddie Kingston face-to-face. And guess what? It was actually GREAT. Probably the best thing on the entire show, by a mile. Joe as champion looks like a killer, Eddie looks fired up, and the whole segment had REAL intensity. AEW, write this down… THIS is how you do a world title build.

Then we get PAC vs. Kazuchika Okada in the Continental Classic Gold League. Good effort, fun match, but the finish… good lord. A Brutalizer counter pin that looked like they forgot the rest of the spot. Ending totally lame. Okada wins, but we all lose.

Kyle Fletcher vs. Kevin Knight — totally fine. Nothing terrible, nothing memorable. Fletcher hits a brainbuster, gets the win, moves along.

Then the tragedy hits. The match that reminded everyone why AEW is the sloppiest company in the world: Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne vs. Timeless Love Bombs in a “Hardcore Holiday Death Match.” What does that even mean? Why is everything a death match? And why is it always bad?
A SHOE to the head leads to a roll-up finish — absolutely embarrassing. Horrible match. A total dumpster fire.

Next, The Opps (Hook, Shibata, Hobbs) vs. Dark Order. A complete waste of time. Spinebuster, pin, done. And the moment it ends, Hangman Page runs in with a chain. Because of course he does. Because AEW cannot go ONE WEEK without weapons, gimmicks, or someone attacking someone with an item from Home Depot.

Main event: Moxley vs. Claudio in the Blue League. Honestly? Pretty good! Hard hitting, strong energy. Claudio hits a massive uppercut for the win.

But overall? The show was the same AEW problem we always see:
• A couple strong moments
• Buried inside absolute chaos
• With horrible booking decisions
• And “hardcore” nonsense nobody wants

AEW calls this “elite wrestling.” I call it Wednesday night confusion.
