**a few notes about the recipe**
1) I have a LARGE family and this was enough to feed all of us plus have leftovers. Good news - this will keep in the fridge for a few days and it gets better as the flavors meld together.
2) You can nixtamalize the corn ahead of time as well as make the chili paste in advance as well. Saves time the day you want to cook.
