Choosing to spend money for teeth and hope later to get help from VA for the BC (basil cell carcinoma. The VA doesn't cover dentures and neither does Medicare / Medicaid if you pay for and have special plans. I don't.

From 2020 until this year I have money to as many people as I could but Now I'm only giving $70 a month to one family and I am saving be able to pay for dentures.

Ironic because having that bandage has stopped 2 dentist so far from doing any work to have dentures.

Yesterday found a dentist I think will do the work.
Then there is this small problem that can screw everything.

Sometimes when my blood pressure goes up for no obvious reason it bleeds a little.
Sometimes it's when exercising, Push ups in particular..
I can do 50 in the first set then 20,20.. USMC style back straight and nose to touch the ground.
move the hands closer .. can't do the diamond pushups like before.
don't know what I'm talking about, try it, thumbs touching , index fingers touching and it makes a diamond shape, now back straight and nose to ground inside the diamond. Was a time I could do 39 correct. Now can manage only a few.. Try it and don't fall on your face,

The fucking VA won't even respond to my emails trying to arrange for Care.

There is a VA clinic in Guam and I could after paying for dentures here in Cambodia , I could then save for airfare to Guam.

As is I'd have to just show up at the VA clinic in Guam with no way to afford housing and Wait for days to apply.

I had VA care in Hawaii so I'm already enrolled in the system.
It's a last resort.

VA care and shelters are miserable to the extent that I choose the risk of death a better choice.
If I can get the dentures done first at least I'll be able to eat while I am in the hands of those awful people.

Just back from the dentist. 13 teeth pulled.

I took 50 mg of methylene blue about 4Am this morning with tea.

AFTER I got back Checked and of the pain meds I'm taking including 2 from the dentist could could have deadly interaction.
tramado, fentanyl ,
Codeine ,

showing a half life methylene blue orally is 5-7 hours.

It was about 9:30 they started so neat to end of half life.
Means there was still about 25mg in my system.

Wasn't smart to do . Shouldn't need the pain meds more than couple of days so won't take any methylene blue...

Clost cost will be 2700 and that's going to take me 4 months.. Paid $870 today.

What the dentist said is best way to do is parcials and not full dentures.
I'm taking his advice.

Couldn't get it done for anything as good for the price.
