PREPARING FOR A 7-DAY DRY FAST

It's time for my yearly Dry Fast and I'm performing a 7-day. To prepare for this one, I did a gall bladder flush a few days ago and I started a Fisetin Hit-and-Run therapy (3000mg / day for 5 days) to dose adjust the amount to remove a large amount of senescent cells, first shown in high-dose Fisetin in earlier mice studies. This is to remove as many senescent cells as possible before entering the dry fast autophagic period. Less to remove, more energy for repair and regeneration. I will be reporting my progress as I go along as usual, so hang in there, this is how I do it now.
