“Listing: Seal the Deal” is one of the New Listings teaser missions in GTA Online where you help a luxury real estate firm secure a high‑end property by forcefully clearing out unwanted occupants. The basic setup is that you are sent to a mansion that needs to be “prepared” for sale, but it is currently controlled by a group of hostile squatters or criminals who refuse to leave.​

During the mission, you approach the estate, fight or intimidate the armed occupants, and systematically sweep the grounds so the property can be reclaimed. The gameplay focuses on close‑quarters combat around and inside the mansion, using cover and non‑lethal intimidation where possible so the client can avoid bad publicity while still getting results.​

Once all resistance is dealt with and the premises are secure, you leave the area and the property is considered ready to be listed, pushing you one step closer to Gold Status and the associated mansion event rewards.
