Runners, pay attention to the signs that your body and mind are telling you.
Do microhabits to help prevent burnout. Sprinkle them in throughout your day, don't do too much.
Use the 1% better rule. Start out by doing something that will make your day 1% better. Stick with that until the habit is formed and then add more better habits. It's a process.
Don't worry about it being perfect. Having things look or be absolutely perfect is unrealistic.
Do your best, but supporting your nervous system is really the goal here.
