Five years later, the bomber is caught

Federal agents arrested Brian Cole Jr., 30, of Virginia, accused of planting pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021. The devices were viable but never detonated. Investigators tied him to purchases of bomb components, surveillance footage, and cell phone tower data.
