December 2 - SirDavis American Rye Whiskey

On this, day 2 of Flaviar’s 2025 Advent Calendar, we take a trip down to Houston, Texas to give Beyonce’s whiskey a try. That’s right, SirDavis American Rye is today’s pour. With a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, SirDavis American Rye Whiskey is first aged in charred new American white oak barrels, and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The only question is, will we think it deserves a Santa or a Grinch. Stay tuned to find out!
