Key Points from JFK Autopsy Analysis Interview with James DiEugenio:

- [00:01-00:57] World-renowned criminalist Henry Lee's assessment: Lee, one of the most famous forensic experts globally, told Oliver Stone he couldn't render an opinion on the JFK assassination—an unusual situation for him—because the autopsy material was "one of the worst" he'd ever seen, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

- [01:48] Teaching example of poor autopsy work: Henry Lee reportedly spent 20 minutes in a class at his New Haven college discussing how badly the Kennedy autopsy was conducted, essentially using it as an example of "how not to conduct an autopsy."

- [02:37] Bizarre bullet trajectory: Lee identified a 90-degree angle anomaly where a bullet allegedly entered Kennedy's skull from right to left at the back, then exited left to right from the front temple—a trajectory Lee found very bizarre despite analyzing about a thousand gunshot homicide cases.

- [03:18-03:58] Sniper angle problems: Police investigator and SWAT team sniper Brian Edwards explained that shooting from a high-to-low angle (as claimed from the sixth floor) typically results in missing the first shot because it goes too high—one of the most difficult shots for any sniper.

- [04:37-05:15] Missing evidence and chain of custody issues: Kennedy's brain disappeared around 1965-1966 and is not in the National Archives, creating critical chain of custody problems that would normally allow a defense to challenge evidence as potentially altered or substituted.

- [05:56-07:35] Brain weight anomaly: The recorded brain weight of 1,500 grams exceeds the average of 1,350 grams, despite visible massive tissue loss in the Zapruder film showing blood, tissue, and brain matter blown throughout the scene—a physical impossibility that raises serious questions about the autopsy record.
