Hillary Clinton directly promoted efforts to weaponize the European Union's Digital Services Act against Elon Musk, even traveling to Berlin to personally lobby for the use of EU regulatory power, according to Turley.

Her alleged objective was to pressure Musk's platform—and, by extension, US policy—into reinstating content censorship measures, the law professor maintained.
