Broccoli Recipe:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 red bell pepper.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
2 carrots.
Put in water.
Salt.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

3 garlic.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
The carrots are ready!
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Add to the water where the carrots were boiled.
Boil for 3 minutes.
1 cauliflower.
Add broccoli to the vegetables.
Transfer the cauliflower to the water.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Frozen green beans.
Add the cauliflower to the vegetables.
Mix the vegetables well.
Soy sauce.
Canned red beans.
Mix well.
Salt. Black pepper.
Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
The vegetables are ready!
Greek yogurt / sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 garlic.
Salt. Black pepper.
Dill.
Mix well.
Green onions.
A very tasty sauce!
