When I was a kid I loved the store bought fish sticks. They were quick, easy, and ready to go. The only problem with fish sticks is they lacked flavor, crunch, and I needed a sauce to dip them in. Well this recipe has remedied those problems. These fish sticks are packed with flavor, full of crunch, and sauce is not necessary. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did.
