Minnesota's Gonna Fall

After doing a little digging, I realized that this problem has been a long time coming. It started in 1991 with the Somolian civil war and our mostly liberal presidents ("W" brought in his share too) have been hauling them in ever since. I guess to start a civil war on our homefront. Minnesota has some real problems right now.
