The Rock of Provision and the Battle Won Exodus 17:1-16. #shortvideo #youtubeshorts #ytshorts #yt The Israelites continued their journey through the desert and camped at a place called Rephidim, but there was no water. The people complained to Moses, asking why he brought them out of Egypt to die of thirst. Moses prayed to God, and the Lord told him to strike the rock at Horeb with his staff. When Moses obeyed, water flowed out, and the people drank.

Later, an army called the Amalekites attacked the Israelites. Moses went up on a hill with Aaron and Hur. As long as Moses held up his hands, Israel was winning, but when his hands grew tired and lowered, the enemy started winning. Aaron and Hur supported his hands, keeping them steady until Joshua defeated Amalek.
