ISRAEL & THE RSF: A MATCH MADE IN HELL

The relationship between Israel and the UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia is truly a match made in hell. Beyond sharing a mutual Emirati ally, the two entities are united by a similar, destructive ideology: a supremacist vision to displace indigenous populations, while trying to whitewash their genocidal campaigns by branding them as a fight against Islamism.

Nonetheless, their deeper relationship is one built on lobbying, spying, weapons, and diplomacy.

In 2019, RSF commander Hemedti paid $6 million to a PR firm run by a former Mossad agent in a quest for international legitimacy. A year later, Mossad began directly communicating with the warlord, culminating in his militia gaining access to powerful spying and surveillance tools.

Then, in 2023, war erupted in Sudan as the RSF attempted to take power. The militia’s media spokesman toured the Israeli media appealing to Zionist interests by likening the RSF to Israel and Sudan’s army to H***s. Shortly thereafter, RSF troops were spotted with Israeli-made rifles and rocket launchers.

Moreover, a key figure in the RSF’s political advisory office is Nasreddine Abdulbari - Sudan’s former justice minister who signed the Abraham Accords to normalise relations with the Zionist Occupation Entity. Since losing his ministerial role, not only has Abdulbari twice been spotted lobbying in western capitals with Hemedti’s younger brother, but he has also openly courted Israeli ties through articles appealing to Zionists in both the Israeli media and a reputable US think-tank publications.

The RSF's ties to Israel are not a secret. They are a calculated strategy to secure both legitimacy and the tools of g*nocide.
