Australian Government passing unconstitutional laws to remove your rights

Jacquie Dundee discusses constitutional law and some of the high court cases she has been involved with that are setting precedents, that interpret the Constitution. The Constitution is the Supreme law of the land and a restraint on government. Laws that parliament that go against the Constitution can be challenged through the judicial system and struck down and invalidated in whole or part Acts of Parliament.

There are currently a writ challenging the under 16 social media ban accepted by the High Court and also other cases involving land rights, medical freedom, etc.. that aim to strike down bad laws that affect all Australians.
