# Intro
Halchemist is a 2D action-adventure Metroidvania developed and published by Team Flask. You play as Mercouri, a young alchemist, accompanied by Hando, a floating golem. Together they explore the fragmented kingdom of Sophiatica in search of the scattered Pangenium fragments. Ability swapping, puzzle-focused exploration, and traversal define the journey across a world marked by loss and mysticism.
