CS #198 The Rage of Paris

The story follows Nicole Cortillon (Danielle Darrieux), an unemployed Parisian model who, after mistakenly believing an advertising executive is a client for a nude modeling job, decides to follow her friend's advice to snare a rich husband. With the help of her friend Gloria (Helen Broderick) and a hotel maître d' (Mischa Auer), she sets her sights on millionaire Bill Duncan (Louis Hayward).
The plan works, and an engagement is quickly announced. However, Bill's skeptical friend, Jim Trevor (Douglas Fairbanks Jr.), who has a history with Nicole, attempts to thwart the scheme, leading to a series of comedic complications and a developing romance between Nicole and Jim.
