really bad accountants will tell you that you can alleviate your corporation of some tax debt if you take personal dividends. of course that is the dumbest thing you could ever do because both the corporation and you get taxed at an incredibly High rate. however if you change the word dividend to the word drop, you'll never pay tax again especially if I'm your tax guy. if you want your taxes done properly and you want to actually make money, come to the one guy who's not afraid of the CRA but whom the CRA is afraid of!
