Join us for a calming, family-friendly experience designed to help you step into the holiday season feeling grounded, steady, and relaxed. This in-person gathering takes place on the second floor with both elevator and stair access. Reach out to us directly with questions.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel so you can stretch out, get comfortable, and let your body finally breathe.
We’ll have two dedicated areas:
• Front section: for adults and families wanting a quieter, more focused experience
• Back section: a wiggly-kids zone where little ones can move, color, and be themselves while still soaking in the calming atmosphere
Together, we’ll explore simple somatic practices, gentle movement, and nervous-system tools that help you release tension and shift from stress into calm, even during the busiest time of year.
