The Beginning of the End of the EU?

If the EU were to 'confiscate' frozen assets, it would usually require some form of legal precedence, but as the Belgian PM has already stated, there is none. So, it would then have to go through a process of legal protocol in a court of law and depending on the outcome, there could be appeals, BUT this would likely take years, if not decades and incur huge amounts of compounded interest which Belgiium on its own does not have - if this case is eventually lost.
If they were to simply 'skip' the legal process, it would by any observation be classed as a theft. The EU could redefine or obscure the meaning of 'theft' as has already been done with words like 'vaccine', or 'recession' but it is what it is, theft - pure and simple irrespective of the moral argument the EU makes, but there's Gaza and inaction on the part of the EU there, so even a moral justification is flawed.
So, how would this look to everyone else outside of the EU and even those within it like Belgium? Confidence and trust would vanish overnight and increase the likelihood of a third world war. It would be self assured destruction, a path the United States says the EU is already heading towards.

As the EU continues to cut its nose off to spite the face, the financial black hole in the UK continues to deepen, strife since the Yellow Vest protests in France hasn't waned either and the economic meltdown in Germany is getting worse by the day.

Europe is controlled by Three Stooges, ie Merz, Macron and Starmer. They're three puppets who are all controlled by the same puppet master as are the main media outlets in these three countries who operate as gatekeepers.

These leaders have no loyalty to the country they're supposed to serve, they're priority is whatever they're told to prioritize which is fuelling a dead-end conflict in Ukraine, a country whose leadership is deeply embedded in a level of corruption unseen in modern times. If you're wandering where our taxes are going, it's mostly in the pockets of corrupt oligarchs pretending to be politicians, whether it's Ukraine or Israel.

The latest and probably their last proposal by the EU of undermining and circumventing its own security protocols would break the main pillar of international banking and finance. It wouldn't be just a loss of trust but a complete breakdown of the EU financial security system.

So far, every move by the EU has had the opposite effect, and this time wouldn't be any different except the experts have already predicted what is likely to happen.
