What I now know about vaccines

It’s officially sick season, which means everyone’s talking about vaccines again.
Fair warning... this isn’t a “popular opinion” post, but stick with me.
When I went through medical school, the vaccine landscape looked very different.
There were fewer shots, less frequency, and a lot less debate.
Fast forward to now, and we’ve got more data, more formulations - and more questions than ever before.

Here’s my take:
Every person deserves informed consent - to truly understand what’s in a vaccine, how it works, and what the data says.
That means not blindly accepting or rejecting… but actually learning.
Whether you vaccinate or not, let that decision come from education, not fear or pressure.

Because when you know more, you can choose differently — for you and your family.
