Victor Davis Hanson: Democrats Need To Stop Calling Narco-Terrorists ‘Prisoners of War.’ They’re Not

Last Thursday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth confirmed that the U.S. military had successfully carried out a lethal strike against a narco-terrorist vessel in the eastern Pacific. This marked the 22nd strike in the Trump administration’s ongoing counterdrug operations in international waters around Latin America.

For months, leftists, most namely the “Seditious Six,” and their de facto spokesman Sen. Mark Kelly have decried the administration’s efforts, calling them “war crimes” and pushing for Sec. Hegseth to be impeached.
However, [Sen. Kelly] “has to be careful because no one believes that if the person is not in your possession and he’s still part of a kinetic ongoing battle that he’s a prisoner,” argued Victor Davis Hanson on last Friday’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words:”
