I put this routine together using a 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off timing so you have enough time to transition while still keeping the burn alive through the entire 15 minutes.
Every exercise is chosen to target the lower abs specifically, helping you improve core stability, control, and strength without needing any equipment. I’ll be working right alongside you, and if you ever need to modify a movement or slow things down, feel free to do so and jump back in when you can.
