We push our Old World investigation into territory no one ever expected—straight into the heart of one of America’s most famous landmarks: the Field Museum. After reaching out to archives, museums, and official record departments, we asked the question that should’ve been easy to answer: Where are the documents proving this massive structure was actually built between 1919 and 1921? What came back was a chain of responses that defy logic—missing blueprints, missing calculations, missing permits, and timelines that don’t line up with the story we were all taught.
