Oh no, not a beautiful summer's day.

God forbid people are out enjoying the beginning of summer, and would you believe it, young people are jumping in the water to escape the heat!

Has to be a heat alert, a scorcher, or a sizzler.

Really!? I thought young people having fun, diving and jumping in the ocean, the rivers, is something that has been happening for a while now - in fact, I can remember as a kid doing it! Over 60 years ago!

Except it didn’t make news back in my day - and yes, we got sunburnt, I still remember the smell of vinegar my mum would rub in, though the smell was better than the hot bath trick that she would put us in to supposedly take the sting out of the sunburn - ouch!

Sizzling all right - but nothing new, sorry!

Most people would call it a beautiful day: “28 / 30 degrees”! except the alarmist, the propaganda machine, and the globalist agenda! Maybe if they stopped cloud seeding (once a conspiracy, now a well-known fact), stopped geoengineering, trying to block the sun, and played God with the weather, we would be OK! Admittedly, the sun in NZ is harsher than in other parts of the world that I’ve been to, where you can tan without getting burnt! So wear a hat, put on suncream (although can that be trusted today), but let’s enjoy summer, and ignore the “party poopers!“
