Amidst ongoing U.S. military operations in the international waters around Latin America, some congresspeople, infamously referred to as the “Seditious Six,” tried persuading “1.3 million [soldiers] in the military to consider very carefully the lawfulness or the legality of every order they receive from every commander.”
