I call the dysfunction in world governments "worldwide governmental psychopathy spiral disorder"

Too many crazy people in governments are causing an unstoppable spiral effect down into a cavernous toilet to which there seems no escape like finding oneself lost in the black hole that seems to exist between the ears of the above mentioned. It is an age-old dilemma that ends all civilizations. In a nutshell, you got to have a screw missing to scratch your way to the top, arriving there motivated to take bribes, involve yourself with supporting death and destruction and ignore your own people in favor of those who pull your strings and who often pay for them. So too the problem happens to the world leadership group dynamic as they also get near the saturation point of craziness. So too this world government group dynamic takes an ominous turn and its like a Shriners show where the clowns are putting out head fires with real hammers. Try muscling down rebounds on Dennis Rodman to see how the group dynamic among the other rebounders becomes "fuck it, let Rodman get it". Finally, the bully's rule, and the few who cannot match their level of neurosis begin to play along just to survive. It happened in Rome when all the armies were off pillaging in faraway lands as the leaders were engaging in let's say extracurricular social activities sometimes including but not limited to various forms of beggary including all types of copulation and whimsical endeavors deemed questionable even by today's standards. That is when Rome fell off the map. I hereby call this previously unnamed government affliction "Government psychopathy saturation point group dynamic into the toilet syndrome" "Governments of our world sure do suck ass" for short. There is no cure.
