A couple days ago, there was a bid for Warner Bros from Netflix for $72.5B. Everyone thought it was pretty much going to be a done deal and Netflix would buy it. However, today we learn that Paramount just dropped a bid for $108B and some wondered why they would put in such a high bid all in cash. However, once I researched this, it became obvious. There are some interesting power players on both sides of this deal and you won't believe who they are connected to. This business deal over Warner Bros is much more than it appears.
