This is Assemblyman Paul Reyes. I've been spearheading constitutional advocation for fellow Army Veteran Nathan Cruise who has been unlawfully and unconstitutionally arrested and deprived of his rights under color of law for protecting his community from Antifa terrorists. Poulsbo Police Department, Kitsap county sheriff and the Kitsap court system have deprived him of due process and have failed to guard his rights with jealousy.

Since his unlawful seizure and arrest, I have acquired and captured pertinent communications and details that I have saved from Nathan since he's been incarcerated that I have saved from the internal Smart Communication system. All of the violations, gross misconduct, dereliction and seditious behaviors we have captured from the jail chief/commissioner, along with various officers and administrators. I have filed official complaint reports and grievances with multiple agencies all the way up to the Attorney General, U.S. State Attorney of Washington and the FBI. I have also reported with the Commission on Judicial Conduct, Civil Rights Department and the Washington State Bar Association. Multiple law firms have looked into this matter in detail and have identified various constitutional/civil rights violations, but because of heavy caseload and/or lack of honor and integrity, they have declined to assist. This is a major case that has the ability to shed light on the matter of corruption within our legal systems, the protection of domestic terrorism and the criminalization of law-abiding citizens. This situation falls in line with AB Trueblood vs. STATE OF WASHINGTON
