A federal judge just blocked prosecutors from accessing key evidence in the criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey. A temporary restraining order was issued. Emails frozen. A computer belonging to Comey’s former attorney Daniel Richmond locked down. When judges start stopping the Department of Justice from touching evidence it means something in those files threatens the entire machine. The details are absolutely damning. Jack Smith and his team waited until Kevin McCarthy became Speaker of the House before going back to subpoena his phone records. Two months of call logs showing who he called and who called him. When the calls took place. How long they lasted. And if McCarthy initiated the call they knew exactly where he was located. You can track and pattern an individuals entire life with that data. And they did it to the top Republican in government three years after January 6th supposedly ended their investigation.

On December 17th Jim Jordan will depose Jack Smith under oath and demand answers. Who authorized this surveillance. Under what legal basis. And why were phone records of elected representatives secretly obtained. Three of Smith’s deputies have already been deposed. One of them Thomas Windham was referred for criminal indictment to the Justice Department for obstructing the investigation. Jordan does not make referrals like that unless the facts are overwhelming.
