One of the theories floating around is that Sr. Lucy — one of the shepherd children of Fatima — was replaced by an impostor decades ago.
It's linked to the belief that Pope John Paul II's consecration of Russia in 1984 was invalid, in spite of Sr. Lucy affirming its validity.

I debunked this 'fake Sr. Lucy' theory in 2023 — but in light of new evidence, I revisit this subject.
