Let today be the lowest level of authority you ever operate in. Jesus didn't come to be celebrated, He came to be duplicated. Yet, many want to celebrate Him with no intention of ever duplicating Him but He's the one who said "These things you've seen Me do, you also will do and if you love me you'll do my commands: Go, Heal, Cleanse, Raise and Cast." This is not an invitation to applause alone. It is a summons to identity and to authority. It is an invitation to become what you were created to be: a son or daughter of the Most High God operating in dominion.

Two foundations: Identity and Authority

Everything rests on two simple realities. First, you must know who you are. Second, you must know the power you carry to act as who you are. When those two things align—identity and authority—you stop living as someone reacting to the world and begin living as one who governs it.

Identity: You are a new creation

At conversion a spiritual transaction took place. You were not only forgiven; you were re-created. The old things passed away. The new creation is the highest-ranking form of created being in the spirit realm because you are now seated with Christ. This is not theological sugar. It is a daily reality meant to change how you think, speak and act.

What does identity look like in practice?

You define yourself by what happened to your spirit, not by your past, your failures, or your labels.
You say, "I am a son/daughter of God," and let your mind line up with that truth.
You stop being satisfied with just being saved from something and start living for what you are saved for.

Paul prayed that "the eyes of your understanding be enlightened" so you would know the hope of God's calling and the riches of His inheritance in the saints. That hope is not vague; it is identity restored—image and likeness returned. Touch that truth. Declare it. Make it the ruling thought of your mind.

Authority: You have delegated power to govern

The authority you exercise is not something you manufactured. It is delegated to you because you are joined to Jesus. When He rose and was seated, authority was handed to the church. Demons know your name because they know who you are. The stories are clear: demons recognized Jesus, and they also recognized those whom Jesus sent.

Authority in action means you:

Speak to sickness, and it obeys.
Speak to oppression and territorial darkness, and it retreats.
Send a letter, make a call, anoint and pray—and expect the Spirit to accompany every word.

You were created to rule. Saying "I am a ruler" is not arrogance; it is acceptance of God's original design. Dominion isn't about accumulation for selfish gain. It is about stewardship: providing, protecting, and bringing restoration to people and places.

Renewing the mind so revelation becomes reality

Conversion changes your spirit. Transformation changes your mind. If your mind remains the same, it will sabotage what your spirit already knows. That is why Paul prays for enlightenment—not just information but internalization. Revelation must move from your head into your heart and out through your life.

Practical ways to renew your mind:

Replace thoughts that contradict your identity. Every thought that says "I can't," "I am weak," or "I am not enough" must be challenged and cast down.
Declare truth aloud daily. Speak identity statements: "I am a child of God," "I have authority in Jesus' name," "Nothing will harm me."
Receive revelation repeatedly until it becomes lived experience. Hearing is the beginning; doing is the proof.
Inheritance: Claim what is yours now

Inheritance in Scripture is not just future reward. It includes the gifts, the anointing, and the authority to affect this present age. To leave these things for "later" is to betray the blood of Jesus. He purchased a now inheritance—gifts to heal, power to cast out darkness, resources to serve and restore. This is not optional. It is what you are supposed to steward.

Do not settle for a religion that only sings about heaven. Claim your inheritance now so you can serve freely: feed the hungry, rescue the oppressed, establish truth in your city. When you have the resources, anointings and authority, you can answer the call when God says, "Go."

How to move from hearing to doing

Structure your spiritual life around three simple disciplines that convert revelation into reality:

Position — Understand and confess your identity daily. Let your spirit know it is no longer defined by the past.
Proclamation — Use your mouth as a weapon. Speak into situations, into letters you mail, and into conversations you have. Expect the Spirit to travel with your words.
Occupation — Act in the world with the resources God gives you. Take territory by blessing, by service, by building what God shows you.

When you send an urgent letter, anoint it. When you make a call, pray first and then speak. Your words are carriers of authority when aligned with revelation and obedience.

A bold exhortation

Refuse to be a passive church-goer. The purpose of spiritual life is duplication: you are meant to reproduce the life and ministry of Jesus in your context. If the apostolic mantle brought revelation to you, allow that revelation to make you an extension—someone who will carry the same authority into new places.

Wake up each morning not worried about what the enemy is doing but focused on what you are doing. Intimidate the darkness by simply occupying your God-given identity. When you stand in who you are and speak like you are, the enemy will be moved. He will know you. He will run.

Quick declarations to practice
I am a child of God. My spirit is new; my identity is restored.
I have authority in Jesus' name. I speak, and darkness obeys.
I claim my inheritance now. Gifts, anointings and provision flow through me for the work of the Kingdom.

Say them aloud. Mean them. Wrestle thoughts that contradict them until they break. Your mind will follow and your life will change.

Final charge

Do not be satisfied with celebration alone. Be a duplicator of Jesus. Move from hearing to being. Renew your mind so your spirit can move freely. Speak with the authority you've been given. Claim the inheritance God has purchased for you. The sons and daughters of God are rising. Demons tremble when a child of God knows who he or she is. Move in that revelation, and watch the Kingdom advance.
