Police say a mother’s 911 call about her 7-year-old stepdaughter having a seizure was a cover story for days of brutal abuse that left the child with catastrophic brain damage. According to a probable cause affidavit, the stepmother allegedly confessed to violent beatings, including striking the girl with a hammer, while the father admitted he witnessed the abuse and did nothing to stop it. Both Jennifer Revis and Ryan Revis are now facing serious felony charges. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
