Paypal Business Scam Call.

This is a Paypal Business Scam Call, where you recieve a text or email saying that a business account has been set up on your paypal and a fee of $250 will be charged. Of course this is all lies and is just pre-amble for a refund scam routine.

I therefore begin to waste their time, however the scammer is not happy that I am British.
