Repeat Criminal Breaks Window with Knife, Gets Jailed, Is Released and Arrested Again 4 Hours Later

A man acting erratically was captured on video smashing a drive-thru window with a knife. After the man was arrested and put into jail, he was released very quickly due to the "critical" overcrowding status of the jail. Hours later the same suspect was arrested after it was reported that he was attempting to break windows with a mop handle.
