🚨 AOTR URGENT ALERT: Missing Person — Joscelyn Mariana Delarosa

We stand with families, advocates, and community protectors calling for immediate visibility and accountability in the ongoing disappearance of Joscelyn Mariana Delarosa, a 14-year-old Henrico County resident who vanished on December 3rd, 2025.

That afternoon, around 4:45 p.m., Henrico County Police responded to the 11000 block of Scattered Flock Court after receiving a report of a missing juvenile. Family members last saw Joscelyn earlier that morning at her school around 9 a.m. Authorities believe she may have run away, but her safety and well-being remain uncertain.

Joscelyn is described as a Hispanic female, 5’0”, 115 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing glasses, a black sweatshirt, and black sweatpants, and may be carrying a black-and-red backpack.

This is not just a search—it is a call to honor Joscelyn’s life, dignity, and safety. Her disappearance underscores the vulnerability faced by young people and the urgent need for coordinated response, transparency, and sustained attention.

We demand full mobilization of resources until Joscelyn is found. Her life matters. She is loved, cherished, and deserves protection from being forgotten.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Henrico County Police Department at (804) 501-5000 or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.

We take care of each other. We amplify the silenced. We demand justice and restoration. #FindJoscelyn #AOTR #CommunitySolidarity #WeDemandAccountability
