For the looks of it the party depicted on the YouTube video took place around 1997 (?). The fashions seem to correspond to that time period.

I experienced a similar vive as that depicted in the "Return to 90s Ecstasy Clubland" video; but at a place called Club Soda in North Miami, but circa 1994 (when I was 20).
