DoorDasher Busted Filming Naked Client

A DoorDash driver in Oswego, New York, is facing felony charges after police say she recorded a naked, unconscious customer inside his home and posted the video online. Investigators reviewed Ring doorbell footage and said it directly contradicted Olivia Henderson’s claim that the door was wide open and that she suspected a sexual assault. Police say the footage shows Henderson entering the home, recording the man without consent, and uploading the clip to social media, where it went viral on TikTok. She is now charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image, both serious New York felonies. According to Oswego police and court filings, there was no evidence supporting her assault allegation, and the case is moving forward entirely on the surveillance charges. Henderson has appeared in Oswego City Court as the criminal case continues.
