In these times where information has been weaponized across more aspects of our lives than pretty much ever before, as well as the rise of mental instabilities overall, it stands to reason that if we are going to participate in the mental warfare then we should be armored up accordingly. We will be spending our time during this episode focusing on how to prepare ourselves for the various battles of the mind, more specifically for the spiritual war we find ourselves in today.
