Another PM Said DON’T TAKE THIS CLIENT… So I Asked WHY 😂🔥

📞 I call the previous property manager as I’m taking over this client…
and the first thing he tells me is:

👉 “RUN from this homeowner.” 😳💀

Now hold on…
Before I take advice like that, I need DETAILS.

So I start asking questions:
• Is the homeowner unreasonable?
• Are they impossible to please?
• Or did the property manager just not run things the way the homeowner wanted?

Here’s a hard truth about Property Management that nobody likes to talk about:
👉 Not every homeowner is a good fit for every management company.

And that’s OK.

Sometimes:
✔️ The homeowner has unrealistic expectations
✔️ The PM doesn’t communicate well
✔️ Management style doesn’t match ownership style
✔️ Or personalities just clash

That doesn’t automatically make the homeowner “crazy”…
and it doesn’t automatically mean the PM was bad either.

In this industry, professionalism means knowing when:
• To take a client
• To walk away
• Or to REFER them to another company that fits them better

Not every deal is worth forcing.
Not every client is meant to be yours.

And that’s not failure — that’s maturity in business.

So the real question is…
🚩 Red flag homeowner?
OR
🤷 Mismatch with the previous PM?

Let’s talk about it.
