Once again the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior federal district trial court judges are working to protect third-world terrorists and invaders of our nation, using every possible form of discretion in favor of those terrorist invaders and against our democratically elected leaders and the security of our nation.

Anything is worth doing, apparently, if it hamstrings the ability of America to defend itself against third-world obliteration, invasion, human trafficking, drug trafficking, and even simple spouse abuse.

Judge Pala Xinis is back in the news with an order that the government immediately release Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, illegal alien, MS-13 member, human trafficker, and spousal abuser. Her legal reasoning? Feckless.

And of course Judge Jeb Boasberg is also back like a bad rash, with his pursuit of purported criminal contempt by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, demanding witness testimony before him, including by a since-fired DOJ lawyer who sought to undercut the administration’s deportation efforts in court.
