Western media and politicians continue to minimize or ignore the ongoing genocide. We talk to one keen observer of these trends, journalist Laila Al-Arian. Laila is the executive producer of Al Jazeera's Fault Lines documentary series.

We also talk to her about two recent episodes: Target Tehran, released today, which looks at the devastating effects of Israel’s war last summer on Iranian civilians, and The Disappearance of Dr. Abu Safiya, which covers Israel’s abduction almost a year ago of the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza.
