J6 Pipe Bomber to Remain in Jail Through Christmas Holiday

Looks like Brian J. Cole Jr. will spend Christmas in jail.

Prosecutors, at the request of defense counsel, filed a motion requesting a continuance of the detention hearing currently set for Dec 15 to Dec 30.

This means that Cole Jr. will remain in a D.C. jail at least until then, as no bond has been set and he has not entered a plea.
