What is the significance of capturing the Venezuelans oil tanker?

I got some guesses. I think its a carefully constructed plan meant to put pressure on China. Obviously, this move threatens China because China also has tankers that travel from Venezuela. I can see a bad scenario coming as clear as a bell. It involves stopping Chinas oil tankers. Then all of a sudden China starts calculating what it can do as perhaps the Taiwan situation starts to heat up making China make some back door deal involving both. USA is desperate. We got to start winning something around here they mumble as they pass the gas from an overly enriched lifestyle. We got special Olympic like politicians intoxicated on power and wealth fighting over popsicles and bedtimes again. First the pulled finger fart, next a pillow fight with urine-stained covers, then the eye pokes and finally rubble on families. Until the end of time it seems.
