If it doesn't work out, at least it will be imperial!

"We begin this imperial tour with a historical faux pas:

Don't worry – the lady in the blue ball gown isn't Sisi.

It's merely a spontaneous European addition.

Sort of: 'Oops, all Ursula.'

After an elegant transition, we arrive at the Omega Girl with the pearl hair, who brings us much closer to the Habsburg reality – at least visually.

Then we enter the Gödöllő Royal Palace, where the exhibition is opening. Piano music fills the rooms, and everything seems so refined
that you automatically try not to breathe too loudly.

And there – another Sissi!

No, she's not the real one either, but utterly charming. Historically questionable?
Yes. Effective as a museum piece?
Also yes.

And finally: Anyone who doesn't become Sissi at least once at Gödöllő Palace
has misunderstood the dress code.

After a few ceremonial speeches, which we politely Nodding,
as if we understood everything,
we finally come to the sparkling highlight: the diamond by A. E. Köchert.

So much brilliance that even the chandelier seems momentarily unsteady.

These jewels are not just ornaments –
they are the kind of objects for which Habsburgs usually
scheduled either an audience, a duel,
or at least a very polite intrigue.

And so our tour ends,
but the exhibition runs until April 2026.

Come and visit –
because history shines nowhere brighter than here.”

💬 Finally, as requested, a true Habsburg saying:

“For us Habsburgs, even the past glitters brighter than the future.”

The video began—like all great works of art—with a minor mishap of global political significance: Ursula von der Leyen, in a blue ball gown, appeared briefly on screen, as if she might at any moment step into the role of the new Empress of the Danube Monarchy. Of course, she wasn't Sissi—but in the hectic pace of modern video production, such things can happen. One moment of inattention, and bam, Brussels is in the Rococo Hall.

Cut, dissolve!

And suddenly, the "Omega Girl with the Pearl Hair" appears—significantly more Sissi-like, undeniably more photogenic, and, most importantly, completely harmless to EU budgets.

This is followed by the ceremonial opening day of the exhibition at the Gödöllő Royal Palace. Piano accompaniment included—the kind of music that automatically makes you stand up straight and instinctively expects someone to address you as "Your Majesty."

Then, however, comes the second identity meltdown of the day:

Another Sissi—but this time a Hungarian one!

Not the real thing again, but undeniably charming. If Austria-Hungary still existed, she would probably be immediately appointed "Honorary Breakfast Broom of the Hofburg."

Many speeches follow, but—as is customary in palaces—they are wonderfully softened by gilded stucco ceilings. The viewer learns:

The more baroque the room, the easier it is to listen.

And finally, as the dramatic climax:

The diamonds!

Shimmering, brilliant, historical—and guaranteed genuine (unlike half of the Sissies shown earlier). Queen Elizabeth's famous Neo-Renaissance brooch, in particular, sparkles so brilliantly that one briefly wonders whether one should have brought sunglasses to the ticket booth.

The segment charmingly refers to the occasion:
the article in the "Budapest Gazette," which ceremoniously contextualizes this royal and imperial treasure display.

Finally, one thing is clear:

The exhibition runs from December 6, 2025, to April 6, 2026, at the
Gödöllő Royal Palace (Grasselovich Palace), 2100 Gödöllő,

and is well worth a visit – absolutely!

Among Rococo staircases, marble rooms, imperial apartments, lost jewels, and charming museum tours (including the lecture "Step into the Past and Meet Queen Elisabeth!"), you'll experience a significant piece of European history – more dazzling than any textbook.

Anyone who walks through the rooms where Franz Joseph I and the real Elisabeth of Austria spent their daily lives balancing duty and freedom will immediately sense:

Here, it's not just jewelry that glitters – here, history itself sparkles.

Out on the street, on the other side of the square
I looked for you at the supermarket at lunchtime.

Or in winter and in the mud
I always tried everything

I lay in the snow, I was always cold
I always waited at the lottery booth.

I looked for you every night
Maybe you'll come like in a fairy tale

But you didn't come, and you won't come
I don't think you care:

Where is the end of the world anyway?

Life was worth it.

Once upon a time, once upon a time
I still believe in fairy tales
Maybe I've seen you like this before
You know yourself from somewhere

You would always be my life
I would scream out loud
the trick, the gate, the B-Center
It has everything

meaning, everything would be in it
With you, even the room would bend
Go away, I don't fit in.
in case anyone ever cares

Once upon a time, once upon a time
I still believe in fairy tales
Maybe I've seen you like this before
You know yourself from somewhere

So... You know yourself from somewhere... You know yourself so familiarly from somewhere

RAP
to get close to you – I'm here, you're here –
Your eyes have taken you away, maybe a few tips?

…to finally get from one to two
I was there at 11:30, and you were usually there at noon...

…you arrive... You don't have a number, you don't exist
Of course, it would be easier if I knew your name, for example,
or simply Debrecen, Szolnok, or Szeged

a route, a place outside or inside
downstairs in a club or upstairs on Facebook
on Insta, Twitter, Snapchat
I would swipe right on you on Tinder

I'm at a loss, could this be the end?
Maybe this image is lost inside him... but

…This feeling in my stomach
You know yourself so familiarly from somewhere

So... You know yourself from somewhere... You know yourself so familiarly from somewhere
