M23 advances in South Kivu: People start returning home to city of Uvira

Life is returning to normal in Uvira in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
M23 fighters seized the border city earlier this week.
Tens of thousands of people fled the violence as the Rwandan-backed rebel group advanced.
