For the sponge cake:
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
130 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
50 ml warm milk
150 g flour
20 g potato starch
1 tsp baking powder

🥛For soaking:
200 ml milk
10 g vanilla sugar

🥣For the cream:
200 g butter 82%
400 g boiled condensed milk
20 ml rum (optional)

🥜For sprinkling:
200 g roasted peanuts

Bake the sponge cake at 170 °C
for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
