Cluster B Personality Disorder - is it just Basic female Behavior?

The Cluster B personality disorder is frighteningly close to exaggerated female behavior. This is why cluster B is so under represented in the psychology field. To explore it extensively would shine a light on bad female behavior (it would make women look bad). And this behavior is enabled(if not outright encouraged) by society.
